Born and raised in the Charleston area, Terri has been in the local restaurant business over 30 years. Both corporate and privately owned.
From Cork & Cleaver in the 70's, Shadowmoss Country Club & Cafe 99 (General Manager) in the 80's, Steak and Ale (Senior Manager) in the 90's and with Sal Parco's restaurant group (General Manager, Director of Operations multi unit and office manager) from 1999 - 2008. She has a true passion for the business.
