Opened in June of 2008 by owner/chef JJ Kern, Hucks Lowcountry Table has revamped the old One-Eyed Parrot space above the Banana Cabana on the Isle of Palms. With an unbeatable view of the Atlantic Ocean, Hucks is SC Certified which means at least 25% or more of the ingredients are grown or produced in the state. The menu is extensive, creative and embodies the soul of southern cuisine.
